This website is receiving multiple videos and evidence on social media from normally credible and reliable sources that document an increasing number of war crimes and crimes against humanity being committed by the Russian army in Ukraine.
The video images are too distressing to publish. We also do not wish to compromise the evidence being assembled and analysed by international legal experts. But the video clips made available to us and on public channels such as Instagram and YouTube provide robust circumstantial third party evidence of multiple war crimes against innocent civilians perpetrated by the Russian Army. There is evidence that they have been aided and abetted by foreign professional mercenaries recruited from Syria, Chechnya and elsewhere to deliberately murder civilians.
For example, on the evening of 7 March, the Russian army launched a targeted air strike on the city of Sumy. The attack was deliberately and premeditatedly carried out on residential buildings with civilians. As a result, 15 people died, including two children. Rescuers took a long time to get their mutilated bodies from under the rubble. It is impossible to pardon this deliberate barbaric war crime.
It is apparent that Putin’s naZi troops, embarrassed by their impotence in the field of battle against the Ukrainian army, and thwarted by their fruitless attempts to slander and blackmail Ukraine in the negotiations, have resorted to killing children and the elderly. This is their vile tactic in an effort to frighten and intimidate Ukraine into giving in to the demands of the Kremlin. But God will not be mocked, and the whole world understands fully the complete responsibility of the Russian Leader for his disgusting crimes in Ukraine. It also suggests a complete misjudgement of the Ukrainian psyche whose resolve will be only hardened by such despicable and unforgivable behaviour.
Still Russia is refusing to take away the bodies of its fallen soldiers. Since the military invasion of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Government estimates that the total number of Russian troop fatalities has exceeded 12,000. But since nobody is claiming the bodies, the numbers are hard to verify. The corpses lie wherever there have been clashes: on roads and in fields, forests and city suburbs.
Spring is coming and there is an increasing risk of bacterially transmitted disease from the rotting corpses. Ukraine has repeatedly applied directly to Russia, and to international institutions to remove the dead Russian bodies. It appears that the Russian leadership simply does not care about their own; they may wish to conceal the horrific real scale of their losses, or simply have no money to pay the 5 million roubles per person compensation to the families of the deceased promised by Putin. It is unlikely that the Russian State can afford such money anyway, especially now.
