According to the same media, Brahim Ghali, 73, has suffered from cancer of the digestive system for several years. In Spain, he is hospitalized exactly in the town of Logroño under the assumed name of Mohamed Ben Battouche, of Algerian nationality according to the Spanish media El Noticiario.
A complaint filed by the defence of ASADEDH

- The issuance of an arrest warrant and the surrender of the wanted Brahin Ghali so as not to circumvent the action of the Spanish justice and international justice.
